Filter permissions

You can filter permissions in a few easy steps.

If you are looking to add, remove or amend a permission, you can use filters to narrow down your search by following the below steps:

  1. Once you are in the permission search window, click Filters.

  2. Click Options.

  3. Select the relevant option from the list:

    • All Permissions: This will show you all permissions, assigned and unassigned.

    • Selected: This will only show you selected and assigned permissions.

    • Advanced (Access): This usually consists of access related permissions, such as Sections and Sub-sections.

    • Reports: This will show you all permissions related to reports and report groups on your system.

  4. Click Save.
