To make a section or subsection obsolete, so it will no longer appear in your organisation structure, follow the below steps:
Access the organisation structure through your menu options or use the magnifying glass icon in the top right-hand corner.
Filter down the organisation structure until you can see the section or subsection you would like to make obsolete and click into this.
Click the Edit Section or Edit Subsection button.
Click Edit In the top right-hand corner of the pop up.
Select the box marked Obsolete.
📌Note: Once the user has done this, the section or subsection will no longer appear in the organisation structure. To re-instate a previously made obsolete section, please contact us so we can remove the obsolete flag within the back end of the system for you.
