Employee has not received their P45

If you have a terminated employee that has not received their P45, you need to contact your payroll officer.

If an employee can't access their P45, please contact your payroll officer to ensure it has been processed.

As an admin or manager

You can view a P45 as a manager or admin, if you follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Payroll and click on Payslip Admin.

  2. Click on Data Files and look for the P45 document type.

  3. Find the required document and select View File.

    • This will display the P45 files that were uploaded in that batch where you can find the required employee


View P45 as an employee

To view the P45 you will need to be logged in as the employee.

  1. Click Self Service on the left corner of your screen

  2. Click Payslips then select the required year to view your available P45s.

When you have a new P45 file to review, you'll receive an email with the P45 attached, titled Your P45 is attached as follows.
