f you have Access Evo there are various applications that you can download as an employee or manager to a dashboard.
Add an application
To add an application, follow the below steps:
Log in to Access Evo and navigate to the top right and select + Add App.
Utilize the search box located at the top right corner of the Select an App for your Evo box.
Select Add to Evo button, this will then add the chose app to your dashboard.

Action & Alerts
Provides managers a single place to review and respond to actions and alerts. Selecting the actions open up additional detail enabling managers to approve or reject the requests. Selecting alerts open up additional detail and provides a deep link to the users Access People profile.
A quick view for managers to see and respond to their actions and alerts in one place.
Holiday Balance
Provides the Workspace user with a breakdown of their holiday allowance for the current holiday year. It displays the users total holiday allowance, their remaining days, the amount of approved holiday and the amount of holiday that is unapproved. You can also link from the App to book holiday within Access People.
Easy visibility of my total, remaining, approved and unapproved holidays, reminds me to book remaining.
Absence Approvals
Approve annual leave requests directly from Access Evo. If a user has an absence approval to action, the information will be available within the app widget in Access Evo enabling simple and efficient approvals.
Bring approvals into one place in Access Evo which can displayed alongside other quick action items to help maintain focus and improve efficiency.
Employee Clocking
Provides live statistics on staff due in, clocked-in, not clocked in and not clocked out staff at a given site. The app also provides a real time view of all on-site employees so managers can see at a glance who should all be in the building, usable as a rollcall for an evacuation for instance.
A quick view for managers to see staff due in within day and the current position of on-site staff allowing quick exception handling if required.
Logged Unplanned Absence
Allows managers to log absences against their direct reports directly within Access Evo. This includes escalation of approver through the hierarchy in Access People and generation of approval workflow in Access People.
