Manage communities with Access Engage

Set up who can view and manage communities within Access Engage.

When you need to manage the settings for communities in Access Engage, you can only do this in Access Evo.

πŸ“ŒNote: Only Access Evo administrators can do this.

We recommend creating a tag called Communities, where users can both pick and create their own values.

The following tag settings are relevant to communities in Access Engage:

Tag visibility

Tags that are visible to everyone are available as communities in Access Engage.

Can members pick their own values?

Select whether users can select a value themselves from a list or whether only admins can select values for users.

Can members create their own values?

Select whether users can create their own values.


Manage access to Access Engage Lite

There may be times when you need to disable your members' access to Access Engage Lite. To do this you can either remove the product roles for all users, remove access to the Social Feed app or remove the app from Access Evo.
