To view analytics on the rota page you will need to assign the permission Rota Labour Optimisation - Group Dashboard, to either post, role or employee's profile.
đNote: After you add the permission, make sure you run a batch update and hr post update âso that these changes reflect instantly on the system. No strikethrough means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
This analytics view gives insights like labour costs, staffing levels, attendance patterns, and other workforce data to help plan rotas more effectively.
Once the permission is active, follow the steps below:
Click My Team then click Rotas.
On the rota screen, look at the top banner.
Youâll see the Analytics tab there.
đ¤Tip: You can also open the Dashboard from the rota banner to view charts and tables such as hours worked, wage costs, and staffing levels for the rota week.
