You can transfer an employee to a new post in a few easy steps.

πŸ“ŒNote: You need to have the add and edit permission named Employee Posts.

To transfer an employee to a new post, follow the steps below:

  1. Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.

  2. Click Employment then click Position.

  3. Click Transfer Employee / Change Post.

  4. Enter the start date, then select the required post.

  5. Click Next and enter the salary for this employee.

  6. Click Next and then select the necessary holiday entitlement.

  7. Click Next and, if applicable, enter a probation.

  8. Click Submit.
