Escalate a holiday request as an employee

You can escalate your holiday request in a few easy steps.

If the leave approver isn't available and can't review the request, you can escalate a new or existing holiday record following the steps below:

  1. Click My Self-Service.

  2. Click Holiday and then click into the holiday record you want to escalate.

    • Alternatively, you can click Add Holiday.

  3. Click Escalate and select the name from the list.

  4. Click Select or Escalate Again.

    • The approver's name now shows the name you've selected.

  5. Click Submit.
