If the leave approver isn't available and can't review the request, you can escalate a new or existing holiday record following the steps below:
Click My Self-Service.
Click Holiday and then click into the holiday record you want to escalate.
Alternatively, you can click Add Holiday.
Click Escalate and select the name from the list.
Click Select or Escalate Again.
The approver's name now shows the name you've selected.
Click Submit.
