We are excited to announce a new People HR and Rota App, this app has been developed based on customer feedback, highlighting the need for mobile device accessibility. The initial release of the Mobile App provides users with common Self-Service functionality, tailored to work specifically for mobile devices.
Push notifications
New functionality includes push notifications and the ability to download payslips onto mobile devices. The Mobile App is available on recent Android and Apple operating systems and can be downloaded from the Play/App Store by searching for People HR and Rota.
Access the mobile app
Users can access the Mobile App via their Identity credentials, Workspace logon, providing a consistent Single Sign-On experience. Mobile device biometrics can also be used for future logins, dependent on individual device configuration.
Our newly developed app has been designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. This means that users can easily navigate through the app and find what they are looking for with minimal or no training required. Our design team has taken great care to ensure that the app's layout and features are easily accessible and user-friendly, providing an effortless experience for our users. We believe that this approach will help our users to increase productivity and efficiency while using the app.
The People HR and Rota App also features a dark mode feature, allowing users to customize their preferences via the app settings on their mobile devices.
