Gender pays reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
πNote: If you need further guidance on Gender Pay Reporting, please visit the ACAS website.
As payments are not being made directly from the HR system, we do not recommend running the Gender Pay Gap reports found within the Access People Hospitality system under Other Reports.
β
We advise to request this report or this information from the payroll department or your payroll provider or software directly, as the payroll system stores the most accurate pay data and will be able to provide the best quality report, capturing any adjustments made to employees which may not be captured in the HR system.
β
If you have a managed payroll solution with Access and have any queries in regard to the Gender Pay Gap reports or need assistance in contacting your payroll executive within Access, you need to contact us. Your payroll executive will assist you with running the Gender Pay reporting files out of payroll.
β
If you use the Envoy Payroll software, you can run the Gender Pay Reporting by using the export data to file process. You will need to enter the company, effective date, and export type of 173.
