You can see an enhanced evacuation module for managing employee safety during emergency scenarios.
The evacuation module in Access People Hospitality allows you, as a manager, to create and maintain an evacuation register to ensure employees are safely accounted for during building evacuations.
To use this feature, as a manager, you need the SelfService Evacuation permission. This permission can be attached to manager or general manager roles in your system.
The module works with the clock-in functionality to process the evacuation register, helping ensure all employees are safely out of the building during an emergency.
