Establish evacuation process and employees accounted for

You can use clock-in to quickly run the evacuation register and check staff safety.

To establish the evacuation process, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Evacuation in the menu section.

  2. Select the section via the drop-down menu you want to evacuate and click the Red button which means that this building has been evacuated.

  3. Evacuation register will show employees clocked in and will give you three options to select on the register.

    • Here.

    • Gone home.

    • Not here.

  4. Register once all employees have been completed.

  5. Evacuation process can be completed through the clock; on a portable tablet you use for clocking-in or out. Click Rota View and select Evacuation register (top right) and complete same process as above.
