If you have any hourly paid employees that don't have their total holiday hours calculated on the completed rota you will need to re-open the rota by using the advanced functions, to do this, follow the below steps:
Click My Team then click Rotas.
Re-open the required rota then search in the organisation structure for the required employee.
Click Absence tab then click Holiday.
Click into the required holiday record and select Update function.
This will update the holiday figures on the rota.
πNote: After doing this, complete all subsection of the rota, complete all days then complete rota.
