To grant access to the Advanced Functions menu option at the bottom of the rota screen, the user will need to be assigned the Rota - Admin Menu permission. This permission will give you as a manager or admin, the permission to the following menu options based on the current rota stage.
Forecast Rota
Delete Rota -Ability to delete the current forecast rota active rota.
Back to Forecast Stage- Ability to send the current rota back to the forecast stage,note this will remove any actual shifts and revert all back to the forecast values.
Complete Rota- Ability to complete the current rota week.
Delete Rota- Ability to delete the currently open rota.
Completed Rota
Re-open Rota- Ability to re-open a closed rota.
Delete Rota- Ability to delete the rota.
Access the advanced functions on the rota
To access the advanced functions on the rota, follow the below steps:
Click My Team then click Team Rotas.
Click into the rota week you want to work with.
At the bottom of the screen, click Advanced Functions button.
Cannot delete rota from the rota admin function
If you're unable to delete a rota from the rota admin function, you need to contact us to provide the error message and the name and the required rota that you want to delete.
Bring rota back to forecast stage
You can bring opened rotas back to the forecast stage if you follow the below steps:
Click My Team then click Team Rotas.
Click into the rota week then click Advanced Functions.
Click Back to the forecast stage.
