Rota hours not showing on the clock in page

If rota hours are not showing on the clock on the page, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

The clock (T&A) portal only shows forecast shifts which means shifts that have been added into the rota within the forecast stage. If there are no forecast shifts, the actual shifts do not show on the rota.

If the rota has been submitted, showing as an active stage and the shift hours do not appear, you need to enter them in the forecast column in the day view. Entering them populates a message.

This automatically deletes your current actual times and replaces them with the updated forecast times, if you follow the below steps:

  1. Click My Team then click Team Rotas, it can be named different depending on the system configuration.

  2. Click into the relevant rota then click into the day view.

  3. Enter times in the Forecast column.
