Replace actual times on the rota with clock-in times

You can replace actual times on the rota be replaced with clock-in times, in a few easy steps.

You can amend the global settings on the system, so that the actual times on a rota will be replaced with the time an employee clocked in and out, if you use the clock portal.

To access this setting and turn it on or off, please follow steps below:

  1. Go to Settings, usually within Configuration or Admin menu then click System Settings.

  2. Click Global Settings then search for Time Tracker or specifically Time Tracker - use clocked times for actuals.

  3. Click into the setting and select True to replace actual times with clocked times or False to stop it.

  4. Click Save.
