You can enter sales manually into rotas for various reasons such as:

  • For forecasting and planning, you can manually enter predicted sales values to help with staff scheduling.

  • When EPOS data is missing or incorrect as sometimes your EPOS provider might not send data correctly, or there could be gaps in the automatic feed.

  • For budget planning, manual entry allows you to input forecast revenue alongside wage cost percentages, helping you plan labour costs against expected sales performance.

To enter sales manually, follow the below steps:

  1. Click My Team then click Rotas.

  2. Within an Active rota week, expand the Reforecast/Actual Revenue line within the Financial Summary.

  3. Enter a daily value against each revenue stream such as Food, Drink.

    • Enter the value as a number, no currency symbol such as Β£100 = 100.

  4. The Reforecast/Actual Revenue line will automatically total the sales for the day and the weekly total based on the entered values.
