The accrual for an hourly paid employee is incorrect

If your hourly employee's leave accrual is incorrect, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

To verify the correct pay type for an hourly employee who's paid in arrears on the rota, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the required employee using the organisation search.

  2. Click Payroll, then click Pay.

  3. Click Pay History, then select the most recent pay line.

  4. Ensure it states paid for hours or shifts worked in arrears on the rota.

    • If it doesn't, amend it.

  5. Click Save.

    • If it's correct, you must still click Save.
