If an employee has had a recent pay change and is currently showing the previous pay type on the rota screen, i.e. they were previously a salaried employee but have since changed to be paid hourly and are showing on the rota with a salaried label, you will be able to correct this by following the below steps:
Load the employee's profile, by using the organisation search.
Select the Payroll menu.
Click Pay tab then click the Pay History button.
Select the current pay line and within the salary pop up window, ensuring the details are all correct.
Click Save.
Reload the rota and the correct flag for the current salary should be set against the employee's name on the rota.
πNote: If you have followed the above steps and the employee's salary on the rota still looks to be incorrect, contact us and the name of the employee.
