If the entitlement for the current period of an employee does not seem to be correct, it may be that the accruals for that employee have not recently been calculated.
To view or run leave accruals for individual employees, please follow the step below:
Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.
Click Absence, then click Leave Accrual tab.
Click Filters and then select the absence period scheme.
A box appears for the year of the leave accruals, select relevant year.
Click Filter on the same tab.
To run the accruals, click Run Accruals.
