You'd run a leave by employee report to get a comprehensive view of holiday days taken by each employee within a specific date range.

To run leave by employee report, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Reports then click Legacy & Custom Reports.

  2. Expand Holiday folder then click Leave by Employee report.

  3. Click Run Report then add any details required such as name, section, subsection, leave type.

  4. Select the dates required then click Submit.
