Holiday balance reports

You can now see two new standard report within the holiday area in a few easy steps.

You can now see two new standard reports they are named Holiday balance - days and Holiday balance - hours.

📌Note: Two new report permissions, Holiday Balance - days and Holiday Balance - hours, have been introduced and are defaulted to on for system administrators, for any other roles they need to be assigned. As a manager, you can now review your employees’ holiday balances, including how much holiday time is left to book.

To view the reports, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Reports then click Standard Reports.

  2. Expand Holiday folder then click the required report.

  3. Select the parameters, employment status and scheme then click Run Report.

  4. Add the section, select the absence period then click Submit.
