On your system, in reports, there will be a report called leave statistics which will show the following fields:
Employee First and Surname
Id Number
If the employee Hourly paid or Salaried
Day/Hourly overall
Days/Hours Accrued
Day/Hours Taken
Days approved
Days/Hours Unused
FTHE Days/ FTHE Hours
Day/Hour Variance
Lieu Day/Hours Accrued
Lieu days taken
You can access this report, if you follow the below steps:
Click Reports then click Other Reports.
Expand Holiday folder then click Leave Statistics report.
Click Run then fill the required fields.
Click Submit.
