Employee's holiday accrual is incorrect or it's missing

If your hourly employee holiday accrual is incorrect or it's missing, follow this article to resolve this issue.

If your employee is paid hourly and should be paid for hours or shifts worked in arrears on rota, you need to check that the paid type is correct by following the below steps:

  1. Find the employee's profile by using the organisation search.

  2. Click Payroll then click Pay.

  3. Click Pay History then click the most recent pay line.

  4. Select For hours or shifts worked in arrears on Rota.

  5. Re-save the record.

    • Even if it's showing the For hours or shifts worked in arrears on Rota.
