If your employee is paid hourly and should be paid for hours or shifts worked in arrears on rota, you need to check that the paid type is correct by following the below steps:
Find the employee's profile by using the organisation search.
Click Payroll then click Pay.
Click Pay History then click the most recent pay line.
Select For hours or shifts worked in arrears on Rota.
Re-save the record.
Even if it's showing the For hours or shifts worked in arrears on Rota.
πNote: You now need to re-run the leave accrual for this employee for the holiday accrual to update.
