If an employee is showing no leave accrual 0 hours and this should be calculated based on hours worked on the rota make sure to check their pay record. To do this please follow the below:
Find the employee using the organisation search.
Select Payroll tab then select Pay.
Click Pay History.
Select the newest pay record.
This will show at the top.
Scroll down to basic pay details and make sure they are paid for hours worked on the rota.
If this is incorrect click Edit and select For Hours or Shifts Worked and click Done.
Click Save.
πNote: Once this has been completed you can rerun the employee leave accruals.
