Yes, it is possible for you to add documents to an employee's sickness record. This functionality can be used to upload documents to a sickness such as sick or fit notes as well as return to work information.
To add a document to a sickness, follow the below steps:
Navigate to the required employee's sickness record.
Click into the record which the document needs to be added to.
Click Upload Document.
This is within the basic tab of the sickness window, clicking this button will open a file explorer window.
Select and upload a file which is one of the supported file types (jpg, jpeg, txt, doc, docx, pdf, xls, xlsx)
πNote: Documents don't appear in order.
The document will appear on the sickness record. If you require to be able to view this document within the documents area of an employee's profile, you will require the document sickness permission. This will then allow for you to view sickness documents for the employee, within a specific sickness section within the documents area.
