Second level approver is not receiving the notifications after being approved by the first approver

If the second level approver is not receiving the notifications, you'll need to check the permissions.

If you have a 2nd level approval workflow process set on employee's posts, for leave for example and the 2nd approver is not receiving the notification to approve, this could be due an override permission being assigned to a role, post or person.

The Manager Entry - Override Holiday Approval Workflow permission prevents the 2nd level approver receiving the notifications as the permission is meant to approve the request without going through the normal workflow process.

πŸ€“Tip: To ensure the notification reaches the 2nd approver, remove the permission from roles, posts, or profiles shared by both approvers. You can assign it to specific profiles or posts, but if both approvers share a role with this permission, it may block the notification.
