Payroll claim going straight to 3rd level approver

If your payroll claim is going straight to 3rd level approver, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If your payroll claim is going straight to 3rd level approver, please follow he below steps:

  1. Go to the employee's profile by using the organisation search.

  2. Click Employment then click Positions.

  3. Click Post Details then click Approvals.

  4. Open Payroll claims and make sure that all the approvers are set to Select approver or Use approval group, this should then rectify this problem.
