Move a report into a different report group

You can move a report from one group to another, in a few easy steps.

You can move a report from one group to another or create a copy of the existing report and select the report group the copy will sit.

Move a report from one group to another

To move a report from one group to another, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the report by going to Standard Reports or Other Reports and click Edit.

    • A window will appear displaying the report details.

  2. To change the group the report currently sits in, use the group drop-down and select the desired group.

  3. Click Save.

    • The report will be moved to the new group.


Create a copy of the existing report

If the report is required within 2 report groups, you'll be able to create a copy of the existing report and select the report group the copy will sit in by following these steps:

  1. Click Reports then select the required report.

  2. Click Duplicate.

    • A pop-up window will appear containing the report details.

  3. Use the group drop-down and select the desired report group for the duplicate.

  4. Ensure the correct roles are selected within the Can View and Can Edit tabs so that the new report can be viewed and edited if needed.

  5. Click Save.

    • A duplicate report will be created.
