If a candidate's postcode is showing as invalid when trying to apply for a position through the recruitment module, it could be due to the incorrect format, for example, AB123CD. They need to enter the postcode with a space in between and in capital letters, AB12 3CD.
Please also ensure there are no spaces at the end as this can also cause an invalid error message.
