Biometric clock turns off and it's unresponsive

If your biometric clock keeps turning off and is unresponsive there might an issue with the device and might need replacing.

The biometric clock shouldn't turn off by itself and be unresponsive, if it does that, make sure you check the following:

  • Check the power cable to see if it's properly connected.

  • Try and change the power cable which might be faulty.

  • Remove internal battery and then re-insert it into the device.

  • Unmount the biometric clock from wall and move it to countertop.

If this does not fix the issue, you'll need to contact us with the following information

  1. Serial number of the device, this is found on the back of the device.

  2. Name and address of the site that requires the new device.

  3. Contact name, email address and telephone number for someone at the site.
