This will be due to the vehicle being set as yes against the vehicle more than 3 years old field.
To change this, you'll need to follow the following steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search.
Navigate to the Vehicles screen within the Employment drop down.
Click into the current vehicle.
Within the Vehicle Details section, change the value of Vehicle more than 3 Years Old from Yes to No.
πNote: Once this has been changed, the employee should be able to submit the claim but may need to delete and re-enter the mileage details for the new vehicle settings to take effect.
