Permissions required
To access and edit your contact details, you'll need specific permissions assigned to your role:
Menu MyDetails permission, view
edit,
and add
access.My Details: Contact Details edit permission
and add
access.
📌Note: If you can't see the My Profile option or the Edit button, you need to request these permissions from your administrator or manager.
Steps to follow
To change your email address in self-service, follow the below steps:
Go to Self Service and click My Profile.
Click Edit in the Profile section.
Click Edit Contact Details to change your personal email address.
Make your changes then click Save.
