You can amend your personal details in self-service in a few easy steps.

πŸ“ŒNote: To change personal details on self-service, employees need specific permissions:

  • General personal information: Full access to Menu MyDetails permission.

  • My Details: Contact Details permission with view, edit, and add access.

  • Home address: Employee Administration - Person Details Permission.

You can assign these permissions to the employee role, post or profile.

To amend your personal details in self-service, follow the below steps:

  1. While you are logged on Access People, click the Self-Service menu then click My Profile.

  2. Click Edit in the top right of your screen.

    • Here you can change details such as username, marital status, pronoun, contact details, add or edit your current address, add your emergency contact.

  3. Click Save.
