You can run this report for the traffic light system to get an overview of all your employees' status across Active, Rota, Payroll, and Approved categories.

This report helps you quickly identify which employees have red or amber lights, meaning they're missing required information that could prevent them from being exported to payroll or scheduled on the rota.

It's particularly useful for spotting issues like missing pay setup data, expired background checks, or incomplete profile information that needs attention.

To run this report, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Reports then select Other Reports.

  2. Search for and select Person Activation Requirements.

  3. Click Run Report.

  4. To download the report, click Save.
