The total hours on the rota will account for every hour worked for all employees. This includes employees who are paid for contracted days/hours.
For example, if an employee is contracted to 40 hours but works 46 hours it will show 46 hours on the rota and their contracted hours of 40 on the rota detailed report.
Salaried employees will show their contracted hours on the rota detailed report even if they work more or less hours.
