You can run the right to work report with document inclusion to get a complete view of your employees' work authorization status along with their supporting documentation.
The report now includes additional columns showing passport docs, birth certificates, visa docs, national insurance docs, and identification docs which gives you full visibility of what documentation each employee has on file.
This helps you stay compliant by tracking which employees have right to work documentation that's expiring soon, so you can take action before it lapses. It's particularly useful for compliance monitoring and ensuring you have complete background check and right to work data for all your employees.
You can now access the right to work report which has additional columns such as passport doc, birth cert doc, visa doc, national insurance doc, and identification doc.
To find this report, follow the below steps:
Click Reports then click Standard Reports.
Expand Compliance folder then click Right to Work Report.
Select the parameters and the employments status.
Click Run Report.
📌Note: There is no need for additional configuration is required as these new columns will appear on the report.
