There are two methods in order to change the report viewer settings.
First method
First method is to change the global setting by following the below steps:
Click Settings then click System Settings.
Click Global.
Search Stimulsoft Reports Viewer, you will find the setting which controls which viewer method the system is currently set up to use.
Select from HTML, HTML5 and Flash, this setting can be changed to another viewer method by changing the string field to one of the 3 values.
This will then change the report viewer for all reports in the system StimulsoftViewerFlash ,StimulsoftViewerHTML5 and StimulsoftViewerHTML.
Second method
Second method is to change the URL address of the current report you are running. When you run a report and this has loaded, you can change the viewer by editing the URL address of the current page. This works in a similar way to method 1 where there are 3 viewer options to choose from.
To amend the viewer in the URL address, you will need to change the value which reads StimulsoftViewerFlash or StimulsoftViewerHTML5 as desired. This can be found in the URL address shown below:
https://accesspeople.accessacloud.com/[UsersSite]/Reporting/StimulsoftViewerFlash/Index/[reportID].
📌Note: This is a temporary method and will only change the viewer you are currently viewing StimulsoftViewerFlash, StimulsoftViewerHTML5 and StimulsoftViewerHTML.
