⚠️Important: We would strongly recommend contacting us to discuss the new email address that you want to set up and testing it on the test system before making changes on the live system, to make sure it works correctly and there are no errors as for some emails, this also needs to be changed on the back-end of the system.
Your system has a specific email address set up, that is being used when system emails such as notifications, password resets are being sent out. Please see below steps on how you can change system email address:
Go to Settings, usually found in Configuration or Admin menu.
Click System settings then click Global.
Search for Email from address and click into the search result.
Change the email in String, example of a correct format [email protected]/uk.
Click Save.
