Change an employee's email

You can change an email for an employee, in a few easy steps.

Profiles within the Access People system have two separate e-mail addresses, a personal address and a work address.

Change personal email address

To change the personal email address, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the required employee using the organisation search.

  2. Click Person and then click Profile.

  3. In the Contact section, click Edit.

  4. Change the Personal Email field.

  5. Click Save.


Change work email address

To change the work email address, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the required employee using the organisation search.

  2. Click Employment and then click Position.

  3. At the bottom, in the Work Contact section, click Edit.

  4. Change the Work Email field.

  5. Click Save.
