If the link for the system is appearing incorrectly in emails, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

The emails sent out from the system use a base URL for the system which is held within global settings titled portal URL. If the URL in the string is incorrect, the user can change the URL address stored by entering the correct URL in the string value.

To access the global settings, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Configuration and then click on Settings.

  2. Click on System Settings and then click on Global.

  3. Search for Portal URL then change the URL address stored by entering the correct URL in the string value.

πŸ“ŒNote: This will change the URL address the employees use to access the system. It will only correct the link in emails that are sent out by the system such as holiday/sickness requests.
