If as a manager or employee requires access to the rota's you will always require the section and subsections permissions for that particular section. Depending on what access is required, you can also choose to have all subsections, or only specific ones.

These are generally added via the employee access on the post where access can be given to different sections. The required sub-sections will then need to be added via the permissions tab.
β οΈImportant: Only under certain circumstances should these be applied to an employee's profile i.e. if there is only one person that requires access within the post.
There are also different permissions relating to the rota, for example adjustments, borrowing staff etc, follow the below steps to add to the post:
Click on Admin Menu and then Post Setup.
In the search bar, search for the post you want to edit and click on it.
On the left-hand menu select Security and then click on Permissions.
On the right above the permissions list, click Edit.
Search for the permissions you want to add or modify.
Tick all the required permission elements, Can Delete, Can View, Can Add, Can Edit, Can Do.
Click Save.
π€Tip: If you've made changes to permissions, you may need to run the HR Post Update for the changes to take immediate effect.
