Before you can schedule a report, you need to create the email template.
Create an email template
To create an email template, follow the steps below:
Depending on your set up, click Configuration or Admin.
Click Content, then click Emails.
Click Configuration, then click Scheduled Reports.
Click Add Email, then type your template email.
Schedule a report
To schedule a report, follow the steps below:
Depending on your set up, click My Team or Admin Menu.
Click Reports, then select the report.
Click Add Schedule.
Fill in the following details
Email Template: Select your email template in Content Menu.
Output format: Select the format, we suggest XLS.
Select a person: Enter the email address of the recipients, these must be existing users.
Multiple days: Select if you want to send the report on multiple days within the week.
Monthly: Select if you want to send this report on a specific day and time of the month.
Chron or Cron Expression: Do not use this option unless you've been advised by a member of the support team.
