Create a scheduled report

You can create a scheduled report in a few easy steps.

Before you can schedule a report, you need to create the email template.

Create an email template

To create an email template, follow the steps below:

  1. Depending on your set up, click Configuration or Admin.

  2. Click Content, then click Emails.

  3. Click Configuration, then click Scheduled Reports.

  4. Click Add Email, then type your template email.


Schedule a report

To schedule a report, follow the steps below:

  1. Depending on your set up, click My Team or Admin Menu.

  2. Click Reports, then select the report.

  3. Click Add Schedule.

  4. Fill in the following details

    • Email Template: Select your email template in Content Menu.

    • Output format: Select the format, we suggest XLS.

    • Select a person: Enter the email address of the recipients, these must be existing users.

    • Multiple days: Select if you want to send the report on multiple days within the week.

    • Monthly: Select if you want to send this report on a specific day and time of the month.

    • Chron or Cron Expression: Do not use this option unless you've been advised by a member of the support team.
