To change when the weather forecast is imported and updated on the rota, the user will need to perform the following steps:
Select the Background Processes menu option.
Within the Scheduled Tasks tab search for WeatherImport.
Ensure the Enabled switch is set to on against WeatherImport.
Click on the WeatherImport option and the user will be able to see the current schedule at the top of the pop-up window.
To change the schedule of the import job, set the Change Schedule switch to Yes.
The user will then be able to select from the following options of when the import job should run:
Every minute.
Define minute.
Every hour.
Define hour.
Multiple days (This option will allow the user to define specific days and a time they wish the job to run).
Monthly.
Chron expression.
