⚠️Important: Please be aware employees will require the section and sub-sections permissions adding to the Post that relate to the section the Post sits in.
On the post there is a tab that gives access to rota's. Once the employee has been assigned to a post they should inherit the access to the rota's, however, this could change and require updating. To confirm what access is needed follow the steps below:
Click Admin then Post Setup to search for the required post.
Click the required post then click into Security.
Click on Employee Access.
Here will display which rotas for anyone assigned to this Post, will inherit, you can click.
Click Edit and the make the required changes.
Once you have done your changes, click Save.
