📌Note: Please keep in mind that this will affect everyone within the post or role.

Roles and post access levels

Roles can be granted specific access level through the Access tab.

The Access tab has five options:

  • No Access will mean the employees in the post cannot access any of the rotas, any employees or sections in the system.

  • Reporting Structure Access allows employees in the post to view employees who report into them either directly or indirectly (report into a post which reports into the employee’s post with reporting structure access).

  • Organisation Structure Access allows employees to view selected sections in the organisation and any employees in those sections. This links with Rotas access if both are selected.

  • Rotas access allows employees to view the rotas for the selected sections. This links with Organisation Structure Access if both are selected.

  • All People and Employments access allows employees in the role to view everyone in the system.
