To give an employee access to the reports menu please follow the steps below:
Depending on your setup, click Configuration or Admin Menu.
Click Roles & Permissions, then select the role you need to edit.
Click Role Permissions, then select Edit Permissions.
Enable the permissions:
Click Save.
To pull through these changes, refresh your browser.
πNote: These permissions will then give the employee access to the reports area of the HR system. The employee will then need to be given access to the individual reports or report groups by assigning the relevant report permissions to the employee.
