To give an employee access to the reports menu please follow the steps below:
Depending on your setup, click Configuration or Admin Menu.
Click Roles & Permissions, then select the role you need to edit.
Click Role Permissions, then select Edit Permissions.
Enable the permissions:
Report Viewer.
Menu Reports.
Click Save.
πNote: A batch update and a hr post update need to be run so that these changes reflect on the system immediately.
