Give access to other employee's post details

You can give an employee access to other employee's post details so you can match access to someone’s role and responsibilities.

Written by Relu

You can give someone access to other employee's post details to make sure the right people have the visibility they need to perform their role effectively.

Use cases

You can give an employee access to other employees’ post details when they need visibility of the wider team or organisation, for example:

  • Managers or supervisors – they may need to see who reports to them or who sits in related posts.

  • HR or admin roles – they may need to review or manage employee posts and positions.

  • Roles that coordinate teams – so they understand the structure and who belongs in each post.

To give an employee access to other employee's post details under their employment follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click Employment.

  2. Click Position then click on Post Details.

  3. Click the Security drop down then select Permissions.

  4. Click Edit then search and turn on the following permissions: Employee Posts - add and edit

HR post - add, view and edit
