Manage leave adjustment

You can add a leave adjustment in a few easy steps.

To add a leave adjustment to an employee individually, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click Absence menu.

  2. Click Holiday tab then click the Add Holiday Adjustment.

  3. Based on the employee's entitlement being in days or hours, enter a numeric value in the Working Days/Hours text field.

    • If you would like to process a deduction, ensure you have entered a minus symbol (-) before the number of days/hours you wish to adjust, e.g. -2 would remove 2 days or hours from the employee's entitlement.

  4. Enter a comment in the text box if required then click Save.

You will now see the employee's holiday calculations have been updated to take into account the leave adjustment.

Remove a leave adjustment

In order to remove a leave adjustment, this must be done on the back end of the system within the database.

If you need to remove an incorrect leave adjustment, contact us and provide the information on the leave adjustments you would like to remove.
